About the SmartMeet Desk

The SmartMeet Desk writes about scheduling, video visits and the privacy rules around them, from public guidance and published research. Every factual statement links to its source.

How articles are made

Each article starts from public primary sources: PubMed abstracts, the Federal Register, or Grants.gov. A draft is written with AI from those sources only, and then checked automatically before it can publish: every number must appear in a source, every paragraph must cite one, every citation must point to a source that was actually read, and an independent AI fact-check compares each claim against the source text. Articles that fail any check are held and never published. An article shows "Reviewed by" only when a named person has reviewed it.

Articles are educational. They do not describe any individual's care and are not medical, legal or financial advice.
